Our core team

Rob | Principal

For the past 20+ years, he's worked in Silicon Valley, San Francisco and the Wine Country as a retailer, marketing executive and consultant to over 200 small-to-large businesses.

 

Over the past 15+ years, Rob and his teams have been helping businesses grow, and deliver business-changing services, products, and experiences.

After earning a BA in Industrial Design his interest in computers and user experiences led him to Apple, initially doing product design, then shifting to marketing and becoming Creative Director. He has devoted himself to helping clients and startups integrate Apple's best practices in accelerating their businesses ever since.

Max | Principal

With over a decade of experience in retail operations, sales, and marketing for both, online and, traditional stores Max can wrangle success out of virtually any retail process, system, or app.

 

After earning his BS in Digital Film, he spent time in the television industry, writing, producing, and editing nationally syndicated shows. In need of a break from the insanity, he learned retail marketing and SEO as Chief Revenue Officer of a San Francisco-based handbag company.

 

Max specializes in the marriage of effective, SEO, social media, and marketing strategy with efficient and effective ecommerce rollouts, and continuing support.

Our variety of experiences and knowledge makes Addwater highly efficient, and effective through execution.
